What is your return policy?
All SALES ARE FINAL
We encourage you to examine every photo and read the description thoroughly as we DO NOT offer refunds.
Before completing payment buyer agrees the item is acceptable and has been provided with enough information.
If you have questions or require any additional information/photos of a certain item prior to purchasing, please contact us and we will assist all we can.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept debit/ credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Zip Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay & Sezzle.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer FREE shipping with provided tracking and signature confirmation within the U.S. via USPS/UPS. We do not ship to international addresses or mail forwarding services. Your shipping and billing address must be the same. If you pay via PayPal, we are required to ship to the address that is provided by PayPal. All items are shipped within 48 - 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
Sales Tax
As required by law, 6.25% sales tax is collected on all items shipped to the state of Massachusetts
Are your items authentic?
We stand behind everything we sell with a 100% authenticity guarantee. Selling only authentic pre-loved items has been our mission since day one. Each item we sell is researched and meticulously inspected in house. Heat stamp and date code photos are always provided in every listing. For additional peace of mind we encourage you to send our photos to an authenticator of your choice for authenticity confirmation. Some reputable authentication companies we've worked with are:

Undeliverable Packages & Order Cancelations?
We can only ship to the address you provide us and it is your responsibility to ensure it is valid and within our shipping zone. If the carrier returns an undelivered item to us and the order is to be re-shipped you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees. If the item is returned and is not re-shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be charged and your order will be canceled. Please ensure before purchasing that your information provided is correct and up-to-date as we begin processing, handling and shipping as soon as your order is placed and therefore are unable to make changes or cancel.
